Scene: on a meeting.
Panel 1.
The panel shows a very fat businessman in front of a crowd of people that came to the meeting. His two bodyguards try to buckle a belt over the businessman’s stomach, to no avail.
Businessman: Be prepared, people! Tough times have come to our country! GDP, WTF and OMG are at their lowest! I’m afraid we’ll all have to tighten our belts!
Panel 2.
The panel shows the people gathered for the meeting. The people literally have their belts tightened to their spinal cords.
One of the gathered: Aren’t they tight enough already?
